Account Deletion

You can delete your PAULGA Studio account right in the app, or request deletion by email without the app.

Delete in the app

1. Open the PAULGA Studio app on your phone or tablet and sign in.
2. Open your profile from the Me tab at the bottom.
3. Choose Delete account…, type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete permanently.

If you sign in with your Apple ID, Apple asks you to confirm once more before the account is deleted.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@paulga.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion request". Once we have confirmed it is you, we delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account details, such as name, email address and profile picture
• Workshare projects only you use, and the files in them
• Your render history and remaining credits
• Any active subscription is cancelled.

A deleted account cannot be restored, and you cannot sign in to it again.

What is kept

• Workshare projects you share with others pass to another member.
• Your community posts and comments stay under "Deleted user". Delete any you want removed before deleting your account.
• Under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, records of contracts and payments are kept for 5 years and records of consumer complaints and disputes for 3 years, then destroyed. See the Privacy Policy for details.
