These Terms govern your use of PAULGA Studio (the desktop app and this website), operated by PAULGA. By downloading or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
PAULGA Studio is a desktop application that connects to CAD software you already use (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD and compatible tools) and adds rendering, review, sharing, versioning, and an assistant. The app is free to download; paid plans meter credits and Workshare storage.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract.
Your content and CAD files
You retain all rights to the CAD files, models, and renders you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate features you use (for example, storing a model so your team can download it in Workshare). We do not claim ownership of your work.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully, or to infringe others' rights.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without permission.
- Do not upload content you do not have the rights to share.
Plans, billing, and payment processor
Paid plans are billed monthly through our merchant of record, who handles payment, taxes, and invoicing. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The PAULGA Studio software, brand, and website are owned by PAULGA and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
Third-party CAD software
PAULGA Studio interoperates with third-party CAD products. Those products are owned by their respective companies; PAULGA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Autodesk, Trimble, McNeel, or any other CAD vendor. You are responsible for complying with the licenses of the software you connect.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with the law.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions? Contact paulga.support@gmail.com.
